Our organisation is a registered NDIS Provider, operating under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards, policies and guidelines. This means we comply with the industry regulations, ensuring that the service provision is always up to industry standard. As NDIS Registered providers, we are able to work with all kinds of NDIS Funding arrangements, including NDIS Managed, Plan Managed and Self Managed NDIS Plans.
We have ensured that our fees always align with the NDIS Price Guide for Specialist Support Coordination Services, currently at $190.54 per hour. We will always comply with the latest price guide. You, your support coordinator, loved one, friend or trusted person is encouraged to contact our friendly team via email, phone, or online contact form.
A team member will assist you with your request and guide you through our in-take process
We aim to return all email enquiries within one business day.

We will ask you a few quick questions about you and your goals.
Our in-take process is set in place to ensure that new participants are matched with the most compatible coordinator from our team, in terms of experience and knowledge in a particular area, diagnosis or social circumstance.

We are a mobile team. Your allocated specialist support coordinator will meet with you at your home, at the hospital or any preferred location.
During this initial face-to-face meeting, your coordinator will work with you to develop an individualised support plan that reflects your unique personal goals

Your specialist support co-ordinator will empower you with knowledge to understand the NDIS, your individual plan, and how you can optimise your funding throughout the period of your NDIS Plan.
We can help you on the journey to self-managing your plan in the longer term,and gaining more knowledge and confidence in the process
